1.3 Construction and work principle:1.This machine constitute of the control machine, the large type negative ion adding humidity machine, the stainless steel and the air-condition four greatest parts. The controlling of the temperature and humidity all are automatic commuted by the intelligence instrument, have no need artificial control. 2.Work principle:1.Temperature control: When the temperature inside of maintenance room higher than the upper limit settle value of the temperature control instrument, control system output the cold signal namely, the control air-condition is outside connected and load and work; Whereas, the temperature lower than the below limit settle value of the temperature control instrument, the host heat namely, when attain the control request recover the constant temperature appearance automatically, like this again and again attain to control purpose.2.Humidity control: When the humidity inside of maintenance room lower than the control value, control system output the adding humidity signal, control host add the humidity , after the humidity inside of room attain the request stop the work automatically namely.

1.4 Install and operation method:1.Install method:(1). First fix the control machine outside of maintenance room, choice recent position to put the temperature humidity detector head into the maintenance room and fixed goodly, temperature humidity plug respectively put in the homologous position inside of control machine, combine fix by cross screwdriver. (2).Then put the host in the center position of the maintenance room, use the plastics water pipe to connect the infill of the humidifier with tap water, turn on the water faucet( often open small flux) entering water can control automatically, water level must higher than electro thermal tube, in order to prevent the electro thermal tube to dehydrate and destroy by fire, the heating and the adding humidity plug respectively put on the homologous socket of the control machine. (3). Before installing air-condition need to tear down the control system, then directly connect the power plug of the compressor on the refrigeration socket.(4).While installing the ground line must be connected goodly, power must be through single knife switch then can connect to the control instrument.2.Operation method:(1). After the instrument are installed ending, first add the right amount of water into the water tank, and keeps to often opening, adjust giving value of the temperature humidity instrument, when leaving factory setup temperature 20°C, humidity 95%. (2).Use the empty carry circumstance ,let the control instrument to test run, after certain the output signal having no mistake, connect the outside load(refrigeration, heat, adding humidity power plug respectively inserts the socket behind of the control instrument), then normal work.
